Curbside, Delivery & Shipping Information.

NEW!  2-Hour Boston Deliveries by Uber Cornershop

Now Boston dogs and cats can get their favorite kibbles, toys and supplies from our store not only same day but within hours!  Just place your order on our new Cornershop store and get your order to your door in just two hours!  In a 5-mile radius of our Boston store only. 

All orders are available for CURBSIDE PICKUP

Just place your order through our web store and choose 'Curbside - Portland' or 'Curbside - Boston'. Or, call either store.  We will contact you with your first available pickup date and time. In most cases, you can pickup same day, often as soon as within an hour.  But your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

FREE Delivery in Portland, ME on Wednesdays

Delivery within 5 miles of our Portland, ME store is FREE with any order of $50 or more

Just place your order of $50 or more, be sure you are within 5 miles of our store, and choose 'Delivery (Portland)' for shipping method at checkout. We'll deliver it to your home or work on the first possible Wednesday. 

Delivery details:

  • Orders must reach a minimum of $50 before tax and any discounts
  • If any items on your order are not in stock, we'll contact you with soonest delivery date.

Delivery to the Portland, ME Ferry Terminal

We're happy to bring your order to the cargo drop off at the Casco Bay Lines terminal in Portland ME, servicing the Casco Bay islands! Be sure to let us know your requested ferry date and time, and watch for a confirmation email. We can't guarantee that all days and times are possible but we will do our best to meet your request!

Shipping Information

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with Tracking Number. Orders may arrive in multiple packages as we ship directly from our stores, and some items ship directly from the designer. See below for details, and always know we are happy to clarify details with you...just send us an email or give us a call at our Portland store.


USPS, UPS, FedEx and all major shipping carriers are beginning to get back up to speed post-pandemic but at this time we can still only give anticipated delivery time frames, and sometimes they are much longer than what was 'normal'.

We ask customers to join us in being as understanding as we can.  Your patience is so appreciated!

Within the United States

The Fish & Bone has partnered with EasyPost to provide the most cost-effective and reliable shipping available through these carriers: US Postal Service and UPS. Most ground shipping orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. Expedited, large orders and oversized items will be shipped through UPS. Most orders ship within 1 business day after credit card approval. Please see below for more information. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

Frozen and Heavy Items

Frozen items & orders 15lbs and up may only be purchased for store pickup or local delivery. Sorry, but due to perishability & cost of shipping concerns we are not shipping frozen or heavy items at this time.

Ground Shipping - USPS Priority and UPS Ground Shipping

Two fast and affordable shipping methods for delivery within 2 to 6 business days depending on location. All orders ship from either our Boston, MA or our Portland, ME store locations. Orders shipping to the East Coast typically have 2 to 3 day shipping time. In stock items: please allow an additional 1-2 business days for packing. Backorder or pre-order items: please contact us for accurate packing and procurement estimates.

UPS 2-Day, and USPS Next Day Air

Guaranteed delivery with complete trackability from the time your order ships until it reaches your doorstep.

We ship globally through United States Postal Service. Watch your inbox for details, or contact us for questions in advance.

Frozen and Heavy Items

We're sorry, but frozen items & orders 15lbs and up are not available for international shipping at this time due to perishability & cost of shipping concerns.

Shipping Costs Oversized Items

Oversized items may require an additional shipping surcharge. If so, a surcharge will be noted on the product page and calculated during checkout.

3rd Party Shipping
