We are animal lovers on a mission for pets to live their best lives, and for that, they need to be healthy and happy.  Which means eating real food, and getting lots of love, play and stimulation. 

We are geeky about pet food & care (so you don't have to be).  We've selected only the best for you and your furry family.  And we're here to help.  Need guidance on diet, common digestive issues, long lasting chews, durable toys or the best gear for walks, hikes, cars or planes?  We've got you covered. 

Always independent, with the same original ownership.  We started out in 2000 on Munjoy Hill in Portland ME.  Back then we were known as Fetch. We quickly grew out of that location and in 2002 we moved to Commercial Street, where we stayed for the next 20 years.  In 2013, we rebranded to Fish & Bone, which to us are the symbols of healthy diets for cats and dogs.  And in 2022, we moved to our current spot, a bigger space with easier parking, just a few blocks back toward the Hill.
