How do I skip or pause a delivery?

Log into your account, go to "Subscriptions," and select the "Skip" option for your next scheduled order. You can resume at any time.

Can I change how often I receive my items or what I get?

Yes. In your "Subscriptions" settings, you can adjust your frequency (e.g., from every 4 weeks to every 6 weeks) at any time to better fit your needs. You can also add on items and remove items.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If a subscription item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll reach out to you immediately to offer a substitute or let you know when it’s expected back in stock. Your order will be paused to prevent recurring charges.
