Klondike Knottie commemorates the life of a real-life Blood Hound, Klondike. Living Free rescued her in 2016, and the sanctuary was her home until 2018, when Larry Madrid, a long-time television and move trainer, adopted him. Larry trained Klondike to play the part of Trusty in the 2019 live-action Disney Production of The Lady and the Tramp. After the film, Adam Strobel, a production assistant on the set, adopted her. Klondike lived with Adam for the rest of her life until she died in 2021. Large toy measures approximately 15" tall x 9" wide x 3" deep.
